Rental Policies and Procedures
1. Ski equipment may be reserved up to 7 days in advance and all rental items are first come, first served, including reservations. Minimum one day fee.
2. No charge for day of pickup or return. All equipment fees are charged for time out, not time used.
3. Sundays and Holidays are charged as additional one-day rentals.
4. Our personalized service includes fitting of boots, bindings and poles. After your fitting card is on file, just call up to one week in advance to reserve your equipment.
5. Minimum cancellation notice is 24 hours. Failure to pick up reserved skis will result in a $5 set up fee.
6. Fees will be paid at time of pick up.
7. Only adults 18 years of age and older may pick up or return skis.
8. All equipment must be returned in a clean and dry condition. Customer will have the choice of repair or replacement on any items damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
9. Late fees accumulate at the daily rate. Please make arrangements to have your equipment back on time.

Procedures for Boats, Campers, and Super Cookers
Specific appointments are required to pick-up and return boats, campers and super cookers, to conduct safety and condition inspections. Please allow 30 minutes both times to do this.

We strive to ensure all items are serviceable, damage free and clean when loaned. Please bring any exceptions to this to our attention immediately. Personal, private insurance, including coverage on the towed vehicle is required to rent these items. In the event your insurance company does not cover rented towed vehicles, the renter will be held personally responsible for complete repair or replacement in the event an item is damaged, lost or stolen.

Campers
Several 8-12 ft. tent (pop-up) campers and two hardside Scamp trailers are available. Includes stove, heater, icebox and sink. Sleeps 4-6. You must have a 1 7/8" or 2" hitch, safety chain hook up and a flat four electrical connection for trailer lights on your vehicle. Two people are required at pick-up and return appointments.

Boats
Canoe and boat rentals include paddles and life vests. Boats have a 1 7/8" or 2" hitch. A flat four electrical connection is required on the tow vehicle to operate the safety lights. A boating safety certificate of completion is required for all boat rentals according to AFM 34-133. A free course is available through Wyoming Game and Fish. Stop at Outdoor Recreation for the study booklet and self-test and turn it in to Wyoming Game & Fish well in advance of intended rental, to allow time for processing of the test and to receive your completion certificate. Customer provides own means of transporting canoes.

Super Cooker (Grill)
Large charcoal grill with a "1 7/8" or 2" inch hitch.

Special Event/Party Canopies
Renter provides transportation and set-up. Four people minimum are needed for set-up of the 10 x 10 canopy and at least six adults are required to set up the 20 x 30 canopy.
