The Education and training flight,
1205 Ziemann Blvd, provides the highest-quality educational
opportunities to officers, enlisted, family members,
retirees, DoD civilians and the local community. Services
include testing, counseling, financial aid information and
degree programs ranging from associates through masters.
Testing for college credit may be accomplished through the
College Level Examination Program or the Defense Activity
for Non-Traditional Education Support. ACT and SAT tests are
available. In addition to computer-based programs and
reference books, individual educational guidance counselors
are available to assist in planning each student’s
educational goals. Individualized planning is available for
those pursuing an associate’s degree from the Community
College of the Air Force.
Locally available certification programs and associate
degree programs are offered through Laramie County Community
College. Classes are conducted both on base and at the main
campus and on-line. Bachelor’s degree programs are offered
on base and on-line through Embry-Riddle Aeronautical
University and Park University. There are also a wide
variety of distance learning programs from accredited
colleges and universities. Master’s degree programs on base
are available.
The education and training flight offers DANTES tests daily
