The Arts and Crafts
Center is the place to pursue a hobby or obtain a special
gift or custom award.
The center is located at 6905 Diamond Creek Way and consists
of the Wood, Custom Frame, Engraving and Multi Crafts
centers.
The Wood Center offers a wide variety of power equipment and
hand tools for in shop use. They have a variety of
experience; not only do they manufacture many custom designs
but will help you construct your woodworking project. Other
services offered are repairing damaged items, advice in safe
tool operation, and project design. The motto of the center
is “if you can think of it, they can build it”. One on one
instruction or group lessons may be arranged for all
experience levels. The center has a large selection of
commonly used woods for sale and has many sources for other
more exotic varieties. A mandatory safety orientation is
required and may be arranged by appointment, 773-3166.
A professionally stocked frame shop has both metal and wood
molding materials, as well as a large selection of matting
items for sale. Unique moldings and mats may be special
ordered. Basic, decorative and preservation framing is
available as a do-it-yourself project or you may have the
experienced staff accomplish it. Framing classes are
conducted by appointment for the beginner through advanced
framer. Any questions you have can be answered by calling
the Frame Center at 773-3166.
The Multi Crafts Center provides for pottery and ceramic
projects for all age. New classes offered throughout the
year. Groups are welcome.

Custom awards and gifts are the Engraving Center’s forte.
They offer engraving on acrylic, wood, glass, metal plastic
and more. They can enhance your special gift with a personal
